Delete your Tamam account
Developer: Nama Co (Al-Namaa for Information Technology). This page applies to the apps Tamam Lab, TamaDoc, Tamam Patient, Tamam Admin and TamaTask, which share one Tamam account.
Delete it from the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Open the menu and tap My Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Email a deletion request to namaappco@gmail.com with the phone number registered in your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, phone number, email, password, the links between your account and clinics, and the notification tokens of your devices.
- Kept by the clinic: medical records created at a clinic (patient files, orders and analysis results) stay in that clinic's own system, as medical record-keeping rules require. They are managed by the clinic, not by your app account.
حذف حسابك في تمام
من التطبيق: افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم من القائمة اختر حسابي، ثم حذف الحساب وأكّد. يُحذف الحساب فوراً.
بدون التطبيق: أرسل طلب الحذف إلى البريد namaappco@gmail.com مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكّد لك بالبريد.
ما يُحذف: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد وكلمة المرور وربط الحساب بالمصحات ورموز إشعارات أجهزتك. ما تحتفظ به المصحة: السجلات الطبية المنشأة في المصحة (ملفات المرضى والطلبات ونتائج التحاليل) تبقى في نظام المصحة نفسها كما تقتضي قواعد حفظ السجلات الطبية.
