سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق TamaTask

TamaTask تطبيق لموظفي المصحات المشتركة في منظومة تمام، لتسجيل المهام والإجراءات التصحيحية ومتابعتها داخل المصحة.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• الحساب: رقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة)، واسم المستخدم في المصحة.
• محتوى المهام: العنوان والوصف والتعليقات، والصور التي تلتقطها أو تختارها لإرفاقها بالمهمة.
• الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات (Firebase) ومعرّف الجهاز، لإرسال الإشعارات وحماية تسجيل الدخول.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا أي بيانات من خارج التطبيق.

كيف نستعملها

• لعرض المهام لمن أنشأها وللمسؤولين عنها ولمديري نوعها في المصحة نفسها فقط.
• لإرسال إشعار عند إسناد مهمة أو تغيير حالتها أو إضافة تعليق.

أين تُحفظ ومن يراها

تُحفظ المهام في قاعدة بيانات المصحة، والصور على خوادم تمام، ولا يراها إلا مستخدمو المصحة نفسها. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية. البيانات تُنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS).

الحذف

يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق (حسابي ← حذف الحساب) أو بطلب عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. المهام تبقى سجلاً عند المصحة لأنها من أعمالها.

TamaTask privacy policy

TamaTask is an app for staff of clinics that use the Tamam system, to record and follow up tasks and corrective actions inside the clinic.

Data we collect

• Account: phone number, password (encrypted) and your user name in the clinic.
• Task content: titles, descriptions, comments, and the photos you take or choose to attach to a task.
• Device: the notification token (Firebase) and a device id, to send notifications and protect sign-in.

We do not collect your location, contacts or any data from outside the app.

How we use it

• To show tasks only to their creator, their assignees and the managers of their type in the same clinic.
• To notify you when a task is assigned to you, changes status or gets a comment.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Tasks are kept in the clinic's database and photos on Tamam's servers; only users of the same clinic can see them. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers. Data travels encrypted (HTTPS).

Deletion

Delete your account in the app (My Account → Delete account) or request it on the account deletion page. Tasks stay as the clinic's own work records.
